Ginger-Lemon Vocal & Fat-Support Elixir

A clean, anti-inflammatory morning drink that supports metabolism, digestion, and vocal performance.

Ingredients
• 1–2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
• 4 cups water
• 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional — for brightness, not too much acid)

Directions
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add the sliced ginger and reduce heat; simmer 10–12 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let steep 5 minutes.
4. Strain and pour into a mug or thermos.
5. Add honey (and lemon, if using) once water cools slightly.

Usage Tips
• Drink 1 cup warm first thing in the morning or before vocal practice.
• Avoid extremely hot temperatures — they can irritate the throat.
• Store extra in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat gently.
• For fat-loss goals, pair with hydration, protein intake, and moderate caloric deficit.

Optional Boost:
Add a dash of turmeric (anti-inflammatory) or a pinch of cayenne for a mild thermogenic kick.
