Two of our biggest annual events happened at the same time and our team delivered, as always.

Months of prep, simultaneous shows, early mornings, late nights… but that’s what we do at Events United! It takes focus, teamwork, and a whole lot of hard work.

Another successful corporate event in the books! 🙌

Our team wrapped up a large, private event in Florida providing full audio, video, lighting, backline production as well as a custom scenic design and staging for the main ballroom and 12 breakout rooms. We're grateful for our crew’s hard work this week and the opportunity to collaborate with our client who pursues excellence the same way we do!

Hillfest Events Load-In - The part most people don't see 💪

Ever wonder what it takes to produce a music festival for thousands of attendees? A lot of work happens behind the scenes before it's finally showtime. Building a stage. Pushing cases. Running cables. Hours of connecting, testing, tweaking, and fine-tuning to get everything talking to each other so that when it's showtime, everything works. The work is fun, sometimes exhausting, and always worth the effort.

Huge thanks to our hardworking crew for their long hours, quick thinking, and heavy lifting — and to SAVI and IATSE Local 195 for their support with the stage build.

Meet Alissa: our Studio Manager and the calm in every storm.

Alissa keeps Studio Lab running with efficiency. She’s the first point of contact for so many of our clients, and the one making sure everything is organized behind the scenes. Oh, and she's an excellent producer on the events side for Events United, too. She’s basically our own Superwoman.

She’s a voice of reason, a master of getting things done the right way (and fast), and enables so much of the creativity that happens on our team. No matter what’s happening or where we are, everything’s better when Alissa’s around.

Her organization, professionalism, creativity and positive energy reflect everything we value and we’re lucky to have her on the team! 🫶

We're just 5 days away from reliving these moments at this awesome festival! We can't wait to see everyone at Hillfest 2025!

How far can we travel to run an event production? Ask our Production Manager, Joel Pelletier, who has travelled further than anyone on our team!

In total, Joel has flown:
✈️ 225,091 miles
🛫 On 175 domestic flights + 21 international
🚖 And spent the equivalent of two full work weeks in taxis

Over the past few years, he’s hit the road (and skies) for events all over North America, and also in South America, Europe and Asia! He’s crossed continents to help bring productions to life in all kinds of settings. Travel can be hard, but Joel shows up every time with focus, grit, and a passport that probably deserves its own trophy. This is what dedication looks like, and Joel makes it look easy!
