After months of prep, planning, and getting everything ready, the day is finally here for our annual Holiday Party! We can't wait to see everyone tonight! All the details are below.

Last night, our team enjoyed a night out to celebrate the holiday season and a job well done this year. We're grateful for the chance to slow down, share a meal, laugh together, and celebrate the team (and the loved ones who support them).

Not your average team meeting 🙌

Every once in a while, a client brings us an idea that challenges what an event can be. This recent one included not just the usual audio, video, and lighting, but also creative elements you don’t typically see in a ballroom — confetti, CO₂ effects, and award-show moments woven into a team gathering. Their vision challenged us to think creatively and bring an ambitious plan to life across the ballroom and multiple breakout spaces.

Designing this event pushed us to think creatively.

Southern New Hampshire University came to us with a big idea: to have two completely different experiences happening inside at the same time in the SNHU Arena. One side needed to feel formal and refined for the inauguration ceremony, and the other side would be a laid-back “garden party” celebration.

To pull it off, our team reimagined the arena from the ground up. We lowered the scoreboard that our Integrations team recently installed to frame the space, built a pergola-style truss wrapped in white drape, and hung string lights to make the massive room feel warm and intimate. On the ceremony side, soft lighting and elegant drape transformed the look into something elegant and timeless.

The challenge was finding a way to make each side feel completely different, but still part of the same story. Event Design was the key to making both moods feel connected in one space. Big shoutout to our amazing design team, especially Rachel and Jon, who worked together to create this beautiful design that brought the event to life!

Dartmouth's vision for the Hopkins Center grand reopening was to celebrate a space that’s inspired generations of artists and students.

Our team helped bring that vision to life on the Dartmouth Green with full lighting, audio, video, and power support — from stage and room lighting to video walls, IMAG, and architectural lighting that highlighted the newly renovated Hopkins Center. It all came together for a night that felt as creative and inspiring as the space itself.

Thank you to Dartmouth for trusting us with your vision for this production, and to our team for all their hard work in bringing it to life.
