Two things we love: Fire and Food 🔥🍔

When & Films brought to Studio Lab, they didn't just keep the sauce inside the studios. The creative teams also took the shoot out back to .n.gin for the ultimate backyard barbecue scene. Fire N Gin's grills were fired up to prep enough food to feed a small army for this project!

It was awesome to see this shoot make use of multiple studios, with Fire N Gin serving as the perfect outdoor barbecue set, right outside Studios A and B. We love seeing all our spaces used to their fullest potential!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for Industry Night last night! 🙌

We had a great time hanging out in the studios, playing video games on the video wall, enjoying the nice weather and hanging out by the fires!

This project was packed with creativity from the start!

Deep Vibe brought their bold vision for Hyland to Studio Lab, and the result was a hybrid shoot that tapped into just about everything - from extended reality, camera tracking, and green screen in Studio A, to voice over in the recording studio, and more.

Huge shoutout to Deep Vibe and Visual Engineering for bringing this ambitious project through our doors. We’re always grateful to support teams doing seriously cool things with creative tech.

Join us next Thursday for one of the last Industry Nights of the Summer!

Industry Night is always a great time no matter the season, but this time of year they just hit different. With Summer coming to an end, we'll be soaking in the beautiful weather hanging out at Fire N Gin. Good times to be had with even better people.

Our LED wall isn't just a backdrop, it's also a powerful tool that adds a lot of flexibility on set.

During Windy Films and GYK's shoot for Sweet Baby Rays and Ken's Dressings, the video wall pulled double duty: serving as the background and as a massive monitor. This allowed the client to see every detail - every drip of sauce and every splash of dressing in real time, without monitors cluttering the space.

Just one of the many ways we use tech to make things easier for clients so that you have control every detail of your shoot at Studio Lab!

Windy Films & GYK brought the sauce to Studio Lab!

Using virtual production, the creative teams cooked up some dynamic, mouthwatering shots using EVO and Kira. It's always so much fun to work with teams like Windy Films & GYK who come up with creative ideas to take food product commercials to the next level!

Big thanks to the teams at Windy Films, GYK and Sweven Visual Engineering for making it happen here at Studio Lab. We've never been hungrier at the studio!

Meet Alissa: our Studio Manager and the calm in every storm.

Alissa keeps Studio Lab running with efficiency. She’s the first point of contact for so many of our clients, and the one making sure everything is organized behind the scenes. Oh, and she's an excellent producer on the events side for Events United, too. She’s basically our own Superwoman.

She’s a voice of reason, a master of getting things done the right way (and fast), and enables so much of the creativity that happens on our team. No matter what’s happening or where we are, everything’s better when Alissa’s around.

Her organization, professionalism, creativity and positive energy reflect everything we value and we’re lucky to have her on the team! 🫶
