Meet Carolyn, our Director of Business Development, and the person who somehow brings out the best in everyone just by walking into a room.

Carolyn has been part of our team for a few years now, and she was actually a client as far back as 10 years ago! This month marks her first full year on our leadership team, and her impact has been felt in every corner of the company. Carolyn has helped us communicate better, work together more smoothly, support clients more intentionally, and keep our focus on the bigger picture. She’s also been a steady driver in organizing and advocating for the NH film community — work that requires patience, heart, and a lot of behind-the-scenes effort.

One of the things that makes Carolyn truly stand out is her ability to connect with anyone almost instantly. Whether she’s talking with a new client, a team member, or a community partner, she brings genuine care and a presence that makes people feel seen and supported. Add to that her work ethic, her strategic mind, and her ability to juggle it all while being a devoted mom, and you start to understand why she’s so special to us.

We’re grateful for Carolyn's wisdom, compassion, and leadership she’s brought this past year — and excited for everything still ahead. Thank you, Carolyn! 🙌 💙

We’ve had the chance to work with the Boston Red Sox crew a few times now, and every project has that same creative back-and-forth that keeps things fun and fresh. This time, we sent a small camera & lighting rental package and a tech down to Fenway to help their video production team capture some sweet campaign content.
