Happy Birthday ! Two years ago we found ourselves effectively shut down for what would end up being over a year. But we didn’t sit idle, we innovated, worked hard, and thought of everything we could to still bring music and art to people who wanted it. It was such a cool thing to be part of each time we went live, and while in-person concerts are the gold standard, we did one hell of a job making virtual ones about as good as they could be. A great big “nice work fellas” to my forever friends Bradley Seidenfeld, Jon Locker, and Tony Bohnenkamp for all the hours of creative brainstorming, teaching me the difference between SDI and HDMI, and how to properly carry a “C” stand. And an enormous thanks to everyone who watched, or donated, or shared the content and streams we were putting out. It was a dark time for all of us in the music business, and it was incredible to know there were thousands of you out there that wanted us to know you missed us. While in-person events are back and thriving again, know that we still get a little nostalgic for those first few months of 2020 every so often. And when we do, we’ll probably fire up the gear and put on a pianos show on a Wednesday, disco ball, and all 😂.
