Everyone wants to be liked and accepted - when you get home you know they have to keep you regardless…so you melt. Masking in neurodivergent small humans is EXHAUSTING.

Give them time to unwind. Keep the vibes low. Limit activities. Keep things routine af. It’s worth it and their nervous systems will thank you ❤️
