I saved these hibiscus trees from last year. REALLY didn’t think there were going to make it. They lost almost all of the leaves. I put them outside in the spring and they still looked bad and I got really discouraged. Repotted them and put them in the sun and now they are taking off! The one gets a little more sun than the other - you can probably tell which one it is but it’s also starting to get a lot of buds. Maybe I should switch their positions for a while? Overall I’m going to say the experiment was a success!
