Soft weekends are my favorite kind 🤍
There’s something about a quiet house, a warm drink, and a little kitchen therapy that just resets everything. Between stuffing dates and sneaking moments with a good book, I’ve basically lived in this cozy navy loungewear from

Fresh snowfall = Mother Nature’s way of saying “okay fine, you can have a photoshoot.” ❄️

I stepped outside for “just a minute” and somehow ended up playing in the snow like a 10-year-old — but at least I was warm doing it. This coat is officially my winter MVP. The oversized hood with the faux-fur trim around the collar keeps the wind out and somehow still looks cute while I’m out here living my main-character winter moment.

Proof you can survive Midwest winter and still feel put together.

If you need me, I’ll be outside testing whether dramatically blowing snow into the air counts as cardio.

➡️ Coat = a must-have. Cozy, flattering, and actually practical… which is rare in winter clothes.

Today I’m pausing.

Between work, diapers, dinner plans, emails, and the never-ending to-do list, it’s so easy to move from one task to the next without ever really being in the moment. But tonight I’m choosing to stop and smell the roses — literally and figuratively.

These flowers came from the same man who asked me to marry him 21 years ago today.
And now there’s a tiny little boy in the background of our photo who is part of that “yes” I said all those years ago.

Life moves fast. Faster than we expect. One day you’re planning a future together, and the next you’re watching that future run around your living room.

So here’s your reminder (and honestly mine too):
Put the phone down for a minute. Sit a little longer at the table. Hug your people an extra second. Take the photo… but also live inside it.

Beach days, best days. We’ve been kicking back and just enjoy what nature and the resort have for us. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. 🌸🌺 We even tried shave ice! More on that later :)
