I hope everyone who follows me finds this valuable in some way; I don't mean to waste anyone's time.
I believe Invest Iowa became a major success personally and opened my world to networking with various investors in pursuit of knowledge and commitment to the podcast. I found myself struggling to find a real vision for where the podcast should go. I'm grateful for every person who took the time to share their experiences with me and the followers. It's been a year since I posted my last video; I'm not one to get stuck in analysis paralysis. However, I discovered that some people I used to look up to, whose interviews I will never release, were lying or wanted to sell a course. I refuse to associate or engage with that mentality. Also, I ran out of interesting people to interview😂,which I know is totally on me. This is a message to anyone interested in partnering up and growing the podcast to what Bigger Pockets is nowadays, with different segments and kinds of knowledge, but ultimately one passion for wealth, freedom, and real estate.
