How do I describe this artist? He is very genuine and humble a heart of Gold. His art is inspired by stories he listened to as a child. His imagination ran with stories of his families Pueblo, recreating moments in time from the streets of this Pueblo. He presents his Pueblo First Friday at Mainframe Frame Studios (Mainframe Studios )

As I walked through the Hall Ways of Grand View University, it hit me. It's been nearly a decade since I stepped foot inside this school. It was cool to share my story with up and coming adults!
I never thought I mattered because I was taught my opinion don't.
I was always told to shut up, so I rarely spoke.
Life has its ups and downs.
I had a whole life before I knew this one.
Here, I am embracing the moment.
I learned to walk again and again,
falling over and over.
I lost so many great people.
I gained 10x more.
Like the story of Job
Religious or not
What I lost I gained back so much more.
I regained Seso 10x more
I gave my time and energy when I had none to give.
Now I have a renewed energy
Rest day is real because I'm stronger than before.
May God continue to show real love and not the kind found in a brick building with blind followers leading the ship.
I talk about that God who sent his son, who then worked on holy days in the name of love, who took care of the children and fed the starving. He pardoned a killer and said, "You'll see heaven. He treated man and woman with equal importance with Mary by his side. He didn't perform miracles in a church or political building. He was in the community showing his love by his actions and his words.
We got love wrong, but one day, we will stop listening to lies.

Art by Diego Rios

I have completed a new painting 16”x 20”, acrylic on canvas. The title “ Heart of Resistance!”. This powerful painting is an artistic response to the current social and political turmoil faced by most “Americans”.

Today, our leaders in Washington seek to marginalize and expel members of our democracy. Our country is no longer “ land of the free , home of the brave “. Our society is currently in regression.

Despite this, we must continue to fight for social equality and justice!
