CultureALL's Open Book has been featured in articles by DSM Magazine, Arts Midwest, Humanities Iowa, and various news sources. It is a community project that creates connections and builds social cohesion through story sharing where People are “Books” and You are a “Reader.”

One guest told us: “Open Book is a beautiful way to celebrate the essence of what it means to be human–we all have stories to share. At a time when listening outside our own bubbles is increasingly rare, Open Book brings powerful and personal stories that connect, bridge and inspire. Open Book is precisely the kind of programming the world needs.”

This Open Book event is at Mainframe Studios for the August First Friday. Mainframe is the nation's largest nonprofit building for creative workspaces. Plan to spend some time shopping and meeting the professional artists who work there.
