You are allowed to speak up about your brow shape.

If a tail feels too long, an arch feels unfamiliar, or you want a softer look, say so during the design conversation. I want to know what you see when you look in the mirror.

Before I begin an Ombré Brow service, I take time to map.

I consider the features already on your face, your natural brow pattern, and the shape you want to wear. Mapping helps us have a real conversation about the design before the procedure begins. It is not a promise that both sides of a face will be perfectly identical.

One of the questions I hear most: “Will my brows be too dark?”

It is a fair question. Fresh permanent makeup and healed permanent makeup can look different, and the healing experience varies from person to person. That is why we discuss your preferences and what to expect before your appointment.

You should feel comfortable asking your artist to explain the design and the process. What other question would you want answered first?

Having very little brow hair does not mean you have to ask for a heavy brow.

When I plan a design for someone with sparse or missing brows, placement and balance matter just as much as color. We talk through the look she wants and assess whether PMU is appropriate for her before making a plan.

The best brow shape is not the one everybody else is wearing.

I look at your facial structure, natural brow growth, existing pigment if you have it, and the look you feel comfortable wearing. Two women can ask for soft Ombré Brows and need two very different designs.

If you could change one thing about your brows, what would it be: shape, fullness, balance, or less time filling them in?

Before you choose an appointment, answer this question: Have you had permanent makeup on your brows before?

If the answer is no, you may proceed with selecting the appropriate new-brow service after reviewing the requirements.

If the answer is yes—even if the pigment looks light—send clear brow photos before booking. Previous work must be reviewed because not every color, shape or level of saturation can be safely or responsibly worked over.

The darkest pigment is not automatically the best pigment.

Pigment selection should consider the client’s skin tone, undertone, natural brow color, existing pigment and the softness or definition she prefers. Choosing color is not simply matching the darkest hair on her head.

My goal is to make an informed choice for the individual client while setting realistic expectations about how color can change as the area heals.

A luxury brow appointment should feel informed—not rushed.

Before I begin, I want to understand what the client likes, what she does not want and what concerns brought her in. We discuss the design, map the brows and make adjustments before moving forward.

My clients do not have to sit quietly with unanswered questions. Education and communication are part of the service because confidence in the process matters too.

Your brows may not look exactly the same every day while they heal—and that does not automatically mean something went wrong.

Clients may notice the brows looking more noticeable at first, followed by flaking, a lighter appearance or temporary unevenness as the skin recovers. The experience is not identical for everyone.

Do not pick at the area or improvise your own aftercare. Follow the instructions provided for your procedure, and reach out directly if you have a concern.
