ADVISORY - Due to inclement weather OCSO Marine units have responded to several stranded boaters at Crab Island in Destin. Numerous vessels and occupants washed ashore due to high winds and currents. Deputies are working with other agencies to transport the stranded individuals to the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island where they can be picked up.

Let’s Travel Destin was dreamed up by two locals who are deeply interwoven in the fabric of Destin. Not only spending several years working in the tourist industry, owners Jamie and Brandon have also worked for the City of Destin. Their mission is to provide tourists with connections to the most incredible sites, events and activities in Destin. They are connected to many local business owners, charter fishing services, pontoon rental companies, restaurant owners and local artists and are proud to call them all friends. What better way to promote everyone then by sharing it with the world through the beautiful waters of Destin.

Let’s Travel Destin will undoubtedly be focused heavily on media. Jamie and Brandon are happy to share Destin with the world through video and images on social media and connect wandering tourists to local businesses to full-fill their vacation dreams.
