Hi, I'm DeAndre. I’m 19.
I’m autistic, Level 3, and semi-verbal. People often hear those words and immediately see limits. They see a kid. But I'm a man with passions like, collecting replica cars, music, dancing, exercising and a full internal life.

Yes, I require a lot of support every day with communication, with daily tasks, with handling sensory overload. I use a lot of different tools to get through the day. And that’s okay.

My goal isn't to look "typical." My goal is to be understood, respected, and to have a good, full life on my own terms.
My voice may not be a voice you are used too but it is valid.
