Jocelyn Benson has proven time and again that she is one of the most partisan, corrupt, and dishonest Secretaries of State in America.

Every chance she gets, she bends or outright breaks the law. She has zero regard for her constituents and zero regard for taxpayer money or resources.

Judges have already struck down her signature-verification practices as “incompatible with the Constitution,” and she kept RFK Jr. on the ballot after he withdrew — “in defiance of … state election law.”

As your next Secretary of State, I will investigate and expose every bit of corruption and fraud that took place in her office.

Michigan deserves better than corrupt politicians with no integrity. Together, we WILL restore honesty, accountability, and transparency — not only to the Secretary of State’s office, but to every branch of government in Michigan.

I’ll see you at the midterms in 2026 🇺🇸

What’s worse than partisans running our elections? The puppet-masters behind them.

Turns out Jocelyn Benson’s “nonprofit” — the Michigan Center for Election Law & Administration — was nearly dead and broke… until Zuckerbucks swooped in with $12 MILLION right before the 2020 election.

She founded that very nonprofit while running for Secretary of State. Later, as the official in charge of Michigan’s elections, she colluded with her own org to push “vote education” efforts in tandem with her office. Conflict of interest? Understatement.

This isn’t theory — the funding trace is public.
👉 Her nonprofit had little to no revenue prior to 2020, not even meeting the $50K donation threshold to require full IRS filings.
👉 Then $12M lands from the Center for Election Innovation & Research, backed by Zuckerberg’s billions.
👉 But her role in the nonprofit disappears from all public narratives — conveniently.

Now Benson is poised to oversee the 2026 governor’s race, while her nonprofit lies “dormant … one grant away from springing again.”

If you care about fair elections, this is your red flag 🚩

In the run-up to the 2020 election, the Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration landed a $12 million grant

Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s economic agenda is hurting Michigan’s small businesses — the backbone of our communities.

✅ The Michigan Public Service Commission recently approved a $217.38 million rate hike for DTE Electric—raising average customer bills by $4.61/month to pay for infrastructure and grid upgrades.

✅ Just months later, DTE requested another $574 million increase (≈11%) in residential rates.

These energy cost increases come on top of policies like Whitmer’s veto of a 6-month suspension of Michigan’s 27¢/gallon gasoline tax, which was passed by the Legislature to relieve pressure at the pump.

In sum:
➡️ Small businesses already grappling with inflation and supply-chain pressures are now facing steep increases in energy and fuel costs.
➡️ These policies make it harder to survive in Michigan—especially in places like Flint, Grand Rapids, and lower-income communities.
➡️ When business costs go up, jobs are at risk. This undermines Michigan’s economic competitiveness.

Michigan cannot thrive if small businesses are squeezed to bail out budgets or agendas. This is why more than ever we need a Republican governor in 2026 who understands the importance of small businesses in Michigan.

Just so awful 💔… Praying for the victims, their families, and everyone affected by the senseless shooting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc. This was an attack on people of faith and our houses of worship — the hate and violent rhetoric must end.

The hateful rhetoric aimed at Christians and our houses of worship must stop. We must demand justice: those who commit these crimes should be held to the fullest extent of the law so others understand this will not be tolerated. I ask everyone to join me in prayer, in compassion, and in calling for an end to this violence.

Jocelyn Benson claims she’s running for governor on a platform of transparency — but here’s the truth: she used taxpayer-owned space to launch her campaign (a clear violation of Michigan campaign‐finance law), and then leaned on her political ally, AG Dana Nessel, to not prosecute.

There’s now a bill in the Michigan Legislature (HB 4642 / SB 422) to close that loophole — so Benson can’t “accidentally” break the rules and escape penalties in the future. Meanwhile, she got off scot-free.

Michigan deserves leaders with integrity. As we head into 2026, supporting candidates who follow the law and put honesty first has never been more important.

Legislation designed to prevent Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from repeating previous violations of campaign finance laws with impunity is moving closer to clearing the lower chamber. House Bill 4642, introduced by Rep. Angela Rigas, R-Caledonia, moved out of the House Committee on Rule...

This news is significant — and it’s astonishing, though not surprising, that the mainstream media won’t cover it. I am the only candidate in the Michigan Secretary of State race willing to speak openly about the serious issues surrounding the 2020 election and demand transparency.

According to an exclusive report by The Gateway Pundit, Yehuda Miller — a New Jersey resident who grew concerned about the lack of transparency after the 2020 election — successfully obtained nearly 1 million documents from Detroit and Wayne County via FOIA action. His initial request was denied, but he retained a leading FOIA attorney and sued to enforce access before the federally mandated 22-month records retention period expired.

These records include absentee ballots, their signed envelopes, absentee ballot applications, precinct tapes (including out-of-balance counts), and various QVF (Qualified Voter File) files. Right now, they’re being analyzed in Michigan by a team of attorneys, election data analysts, and engineers.

I look forward to the findings of this review. If we’re serious about improving election systems and restoring public confidence, full transparency is essential — and this is an important step in that direction.

Thank you to Yehuda Miller, The Gateway Pundit, and the Michigan Fair Elections Institute for their work on this major undertaking!

Stay tuned…

So NOW Jocelyn Benson suddenly cares about ‘following the law’? 😂 That’s rich. The same SOS who’s been sued multiple times for breaking election law is acting like a privacy warrior because DOJ wants voter data. Reminder:

▪️She’s in court for not complying with subpoenas demanding her internal election manuals.
▪️She violated Michigan’s Campaign Finance Act
▪️She violated the Administrative Procedures Act by issuing binding guidance / “rules” without going through the required process (Genetski v. Benson)

Her list of law breaking goes on and on. Yet now she’s acting like the DOJ suing for unredacted voter data is crossing some moral boundary she’s always respected?!

She ignored the law when it suited her, but now she’s clutching it like a security blanket. Spare us the act, Jocelyn — Michiganders aren’t buying it.

The lawsuit was one of six against states filed on Sept. 25 demanding states turn over voter rolls with personal data.

Jocelyn Benson’s PAC gave $82,500 to Justice Kyra Bolden while OHalloran v. Benson was pending before the MI Supreme Court. Bolden didn’t recuse—she wrote the opinion in Benson’s favor. Add in Benson’s admitted campaign finance violations (no penalty) + impeachment articles for “corrupt conduct”… and you see the pattern: she breaks laws + skates by.

Michigan deserves better than a crooked system where the top election official can bankroll judges, break laws, and face zero real accountability. The rule of law is supposed to protect the people—not shield corrupt politicians. Jocelyn Benson needs to face the consequences.

Michigan deserves accountability. As your next Secretary of State, I will deliver that accountability for you. Team Monica

Video recap— What a weekend on Mackinac Island at the Republican Leadership Conference! 🇺🇸

We had a blast connecting with fellow conservatives, but we also rolled up our sleeves and shared a clear message with our delegates:

➡️ Secure Michigan’s Elections
➡️ Cut Waste & Red Tape
➡️ Make SOS services work for every Michigan family

The Secretary of State’s office should work for YOU — never the other way around.

Our kids deserve a brighter future in Michigan — and that begins with secure, trustworthy elections. I won’t stop until it’s done.

This is beyond outrageous. Any teacher or administrator who deliberately hides critical information about a child from their parents has no business in our schools and should be fired immediately.

Of course, if there are concerns about neglect or abuse, that must be handled with care. But outside of that, parents deserve full transparency. Schools should be working with families, not against them.

Now this child is left to heal—not only from the situation itself but from the broken trust with her parents. No child should ever be put in that position.

Shame on this school and every staff member who played a role. They all need to be held accountable. Update: Rockford public school district.

I mean… just wow. The kind of strength this takes is beyond words. Think about how often we struggle to forgive a friend or family member over something that, in hindsight, is so small. And yet here is Erika Kirk, showing the world what true forgiveness looks like—choosing to forgive her husband’s killer. That is powerful.

This is the kind of relationship with Jesus Christ I want. To grow stronger in faith, to love deeper, and to forgive in ways that don’t make sense to the world. Charlie, and now Erika, have been such an inspiration.

I’m proud to stand on the side that chooses prayer and love over rioting and destruction. I’m proud and grateful to walk in the light—choosing love over hate, choosing faith over fear, choosing light over darkness.

I pray this moment inspires many of you too. To grow closer to Christ. To find courage to use your voice to share His love. To carry His word into a world that so desperately needs it.

God bless Erika Kirk, the entire Kirk family, and the Turning Point USA family ❤️🇺🇸
