Jocelyn Benson has spent YEARS insisting that non-citizens and non-residents “aren’t voting in Michigan.” Well… the RNC just dropped a new lawsuit that proves she’s been lying this whole time.

According to the filing, Benson’s own election manual explicitly allows people who have never lived in Michigan — and in some cases have never lived in the United States — to cast a Michigan ballot. That directly violates the Michigan Constitution, which is crystal clear: ONLY Michigan residents can vote in Michigan elections.

Instead of tightening our elections, Benson quietly rewrote the rules to let non-residents slip through. Now the RNC is taking her to court to stop it — just like they already did in Arizona and successfully in North Carolina, where courts ruled that non-resident voting is unconstitutional there too.

So while Benson claims everything is “secure,” the legal evidence says otherwise. Michigan deserves election officials who follow the Constitution — NOT rewrite it.

Michigan voters deserve better. And in 2026, we’re going to fix this mess.

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's lax residency directive is 'unconstitutional and unlawful,' the RNC lawsuit alleges.

Another incredible week on the campaign trail as we head into Thanksgiving — and I’m feeling beyond grateful for every community we visited and every person fighting to make Michigan stronger.

✅ Monroe
✅ Sanilac County
✅ Grosse Pointe
✅ Oakland University College Republicans
✅ Lansing
✅ And a few interviews in between!

Last night’s Charlie Kirk Gala in Monroe was a true highlight. Keynote speaker Cliff Maloney laid out exactly why the 2026 midterms matter so much — and why every single one of us has a role to play.

So ask yourself: How are you helping good conservative candidates win?
Are you volunteering your time?
If not, are you donating?
If not, are you at least making sure your friends and family get out and vote?

This is the moment. Let’s step up together 🇺🇸 💪🏻

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has shown a stunning disregard for legal boundaries — and even her own attorneys’ statements before the Michigan Court of Appeals make that clear. Her record? Seven courtroom defeats and a highly questionable $82,500 “contribution” to Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kyra H. Bolden while Benson had an active case before her. And shocker — Bolden later authored the opinion that sided with Benson.

This is exactly the kind of behavior that demands accountability. Benson should face impeachment for what many see as blatant misconduct in office.

If you agree it’s time for the Legislature to act, add your name to the resolution pushing for a floor vote on HR 118.

Alissa Slotkin’s video is reckless, divisive, and dangerously hypocritical. She tells military and intel personnel to “refuse orders” — but can’t name a single illegal one — planting the idea that the Commander-in-Chief is some looming threat. That’s not patriotism. That’s political theater designed to destabilize.

Her hypocrisy is staggering. She lectures about “protecting democracy” while spreading fear that fans chaos and encourages extreme behavior. This is exactly how you inflame a country already on edge: by telling people in uniform to second-guess lawful authority based on partisan vibes.

At best, her video was irresponsible and inflammatory. At worst, it borders on seditious. We’ve had enough of these kinds of elected officials. Michigan — and the whole nation — deserve better than political theater disguised as patriotism.

🚨 Breaking: The so-called “dark-money mothership” Arabella Advisors — via its network of nonprofits — is reportedly being acquired by Sunflower services.

Why this matters in Michigan:
▪️ Through its affiliate Sixteen Thirty Fund, Arabella’s network poured $6,017,250 into Count MI Vote for the 2018 anti-gerrymandering campaign (Michigan’s Proposal 2) — a landmark change in how district lines get drawn.
▪️It later dumped $11,261,370+ into Michigan’s 2022 constitutional voting-rights amendment (also labeled Proposal 2) to expand absentee & early voting protections.

And yes — the hand is big: Arabella’s network registered $1.2 billion in revenue in 2023 alone, via its umbrella funds.

On major donors: Bill Gates — through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation — had channeled roughly $450 million over 16 years into organizations administered by Arabella’s network.

Bottom-line for Michigan election integrity warriors: If you’re serious about understanding who’s pulling the levers behind-the-scenes — this is your map. Arabella isn’t just a “consulting firm”—it’s a power node.

The question now: Is the “rebrand” a genuine winding-down or just a fresh mask for the same machine? Eyes open 👀

Michigan Fair Elections

Winning! Dark money nonprofits that poured millions into Michigan ballot proposals are being forced to reconfigure and rebrand because of recent scrutiny. Arabella dies and reincarnates as Sunflower Services.

Michigan is fed up with leaders who preach public service — but cash in behind closed doors. Jocelyn Benson warns about the threat of AI to our elections… while her husband, Ryan Friedrichs, serves as VP for Related Companies, the same firm driving a 1.4 GW AI data center with Oracle & OpenAI in Saline Township.

Local residents overwhelmingly opposed the project, yet Related Digital sued the township after a 4-1 vote against rezoning. Friedrichs cheered on the development, and his lobbying license was only terminated after Benson disclosed his $400,000+ salary.

This isn’t about jobs — it’s about insiders profiting while taxpayers foot the bill.

The project in Saline Township is unpopular among the locals, and Ryan Freidrich's Related and Oracle sued the township

Jocelyn Benson is doing what she does best — gaslighting the public and attacking anyone who dares to question the truth.

This is the same official who illegally changed signature-verification rules in 2020 and was slapped down by the Michigan Court of Claims for it. The same state where the Public Interest Legal Foundation found thousands of bad registrations, including duplicate and deceased voters — and had to sue Benson just to get her to clean them up.

So no, questioning obvious problems isn’t “reckless.”
What is reckless is a Secretary of State who lies, deflects, and smears anyone asking for transparency.

Michigan deserve accountability — not political gaslighting.

Listen to Michigan State Rep. Jay DeBoyer ask Sue Carnell — the chief deputy superintendent of our Department of Education — a simple question:

“How many genders are there?”

She freezes… then dodges… and finally answers, “Different people have different beliefs on that.”

Beliefs? Beliefs?? 🤯🤯

These are the people overseeing Michigan’s schools — and they can’t even acknowledge basic biological reality. Meanwhile our state ranks 44th in education, and far too many 3rd and 4th graders can’t read, write, or do basic math.

Maybe if the Department of Education spent less time redefining gender and more time teaching kids the fundamentals, Michigan wouldn’t be falling behind.

🚨 We Need Federal Help Because of What Jocelyn Benson Is Doing to Election Integrity

Michigan is facing a major red flag — and Republicans aren’t just warning, they’re asking the U.S. Department of Justice to step in. Twenty-two GOP state legislators have sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, demanding federal oversight of Michigan’s 2026 elections.

Here’s what they’re saying and why it matters:

🔸Conflict of Interest: Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who is supposed to ensure our elections are secure and impartial, is also running for governor in 2026. The lawmakers call it an “inherent and unavoidable conflict of interest.”
🔸Broad Oversight Asked: They want DOJ monitors at polling places, absentee processing centers, voter registration sites, and central count facilities — essentially full visibility into every major election process.
🔸Concerns About Her Leadership: The letter doesn’t pull punches — it accuses Benson of failing to maintain accurate voter rolls (including not removing deceased registrants) and not being transparent enough with federal authorities.
🔸Transparency Demands: Republicans also point to past clashes — Benson’s office has been subpoenaed by the GOP-led House Oversight Committee over election training materials.
🔸High Stakes in 2026: With major races coming up (governor, U.S. Senate, AG, Secretary of State), they argue the integrity of the election can’t be left solely in the hands of someone who’s also a candidate.

Bottom Line: Republicans believe Michigan’s system cannot be trusted to police itself under Benson — and they’re calling on the federal government to act as a check. This isn’t just political posturing; they see it as essential to protect our voting system— and I completely agree with them!

22 Michigan Republican state legislators sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting that the Department of Justice oversee Michigan’s 2026 primary and general elections.

🚨 Michigan’s voter rolls aren’t just messy — they’re embarrassing— and CheckMyVote.org is exposing it.

▪️Take Ardis Barnes: died in 1968… yet somehow “voted in person” in Detroit in 2009.
▪️Selma Steels: dead since 1992, but apparently mailed in ballots for three elections (2020, 2021 primary, 2021 local).
▪️Basil Emery Mills, a WWII veteran, passed in 2016 — yet supposedly walked in to vote just 7 months later.
▪️And Rex Leland Dye? Gone since 1999, but still managed to vote in 2012.

These aren’t just flukes — they’re symptoms of a wildly corrupt system. According to the investigation, Michigan has 1,577 “ACTIVE” voters aged 105+, and 333 “active” voters listed as 115+, including 257 in Wayne County alone. Unless Michigan secretly discovered the fountain of youth, something isn’t adding up.

Yet some folks still cling to complete cognitive dissonance — refusing to even ask how this is possible. But asking these hard questions isn’t “controversial.” It’s responsible and it’s necessary. It’s how you save a state before the cracks turn into sinkholes.

And the biggest crack? Lack of transparency. Michigan SOS Jocelyn Benson is reportedly resisting DOJ requests for unredacted voter-roll data. When you hide the data, you hide the problems — and that’s how non-citizens, deceased voters, and ghost registrations stay “active.”

That’s why CheckMyVote.org is critical. It’s the tool exposing what the state won’t: corruption, bad data, and a system begging to be fixed. Without it, the voter roll corruption might have stayed buried.

⚠️ If fair elections matter, this should too:
▪️These aren’t harmless typos
▪️They’re systemic leaks in Michigan’s Qualified Voter File
▪️Clean rolls = real accountability

Tools like check my vote give citizens the power to see it, question it, and challenge it. Use it. Share it. Demand clean rolls.

Parents showed up—more than 100 parents, community members and concerned citizens signed up to speak at the Michigan State Board of Education meeting. Yet the Board voted 6-2 to approve new sex-ed standards anyway.

These standards require teaching about gender identity and sexual orientation to students of all ages under the new Michigan Health Education Standards Guidelines—while our voices were dismissed.

A scientist at the hearing even said: “Parents do not know best. Scientists know best.” — a remark that speaks volumes about how little respect the Board showed for families.

It’s clear the process was never about listening to parents or respecting our concerns — the decision was made in spite of us. But that’s okay. We’re not going anywhere. We’ll keep fighting for our kids, because parents know best — not distant bureaucrats, not agenda-driven “experts,” and certainly not scientists who think they know our children better than we do.

Parents never give up. Onward.

Whitmer finally admits her COVID rules were “weird.” Weird? Try devastating.

She locked kids out of classrooms for months, wrecking learning and mental health. She banned family funerals, church services, and even backyard barbecues — while her husband tried to launch their boat.

Small businesses died. Seniors died alone. And anyone who dared to question it was branded “misinformation.”

That wasn’t weird. That was tyranny — and Michigan’s still paying the price.
