As a blunt brown goth woman who plays dark industrial techno in MAGA territory, I have always faced a lot of obstacles in my path that have to do with prejudice, but I’ve always pushed forward, because of the importance of expression.
I’ve been working my ass off on creating my sound as an artist and without caring about what others think. It’s scary being authentic and vulnerable, but people need your voice.
I appreciate all the wonderful feedback and support from all of my beautiful humans. There were several moments I caught myself near tears from the kindness I received.
May this be proof to anyone to be relentless and empowered to always think for yourself in a world designed for complacency 🔥🖤⚔️
