The funds are going toward his cremation and a celebration of life to honor him properly ❤️ Because he passed so suddenly, he never had the chance to set up life insurance or plan for the future. The core focus of this fund is also taking care of his little boy and making sure his 9-year-old son is provided for.

None of this even feels real..
We unexpectedly lost my brother-in-law, Matthew, at only 38 years old.

Matthew was a fixture in our lives—always the loudest and most over-the-top person in the room, with a personality that stuck with you long after you left. But more than anything else, he was a dad. His 9-year-old son was his entire world, and us trying to process the fact that his little boy has to grow up without his father is just devastating.

Because this came completely out of nowhere, our family is scrambling to pull together the funds for his final arrangements and to help secure some stability for his son moving forward.
