Todays journey into journalism is anything but easy.
Even after bylines in Vogue Italia, Essence, People, VIBE, Business Insider, Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, LA Times, and GQ South Africa - I’m still fighting to be seen, to prove myself, and to share my ideas. Sometimes, the grind means playing nice just to get paid, being ghosted more times than I can count, or watching important stories never see the light of day.

But we kept going. we keep pitching. we keep reminding editors and publishers, “Remember us?”

We understood the assignment and that was NOT to beg for space.
That’s why we built and continue to grow The Stylists Suite community: a platform for media professionals to claim their freedom, collectively, cause we cannot do this alone.
