Hey friends! Shelby here!!

Jamie is headed to Wakaan directly after Big Fam. He has ONE spot left on his build crew. The individual who takes the spot would need to be able to get Jamie + gear home to Michigan.

Gas will be compensated
1 artist wristband for the event
catering during the build and event
staff camping (with the string crew required)
Staff showers/facilities

Be prepared to climb ladders, work overnight, and to represent PBD in a responsible manner throughout the entirety of the event.

It's with great pleasure that PickleBack Designs will be doing something a little bit different then playing with string for big fam . I will be putting my cnc skills to the test and making a wood sculpture for you all to enjoy 💜💜 can't wait for you all to see what I'm making

🌲✨ Pickle Back Designs is heading to Wakaan Music Festival 2025! ✨🌲

We’re bringing an installation to Wakaan this year and looking for a few dependable, hardworking folks to join our build crew. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of the behind-the-scenes magic, this is your chance.

Crew Requirements:

🔧 Comfortable climbing ladders

🪢 Able to tie and secure knots

🚗 Reliable transportation

💡 Willing to help position lights

🌙 Open to working some late nights

🍃 Maintain reasonable sobriety during build (absolutely no ketamine use during build— this is both a safety and liability issue)

🙌 Represent Pickle Back Designs positively during build, the event, and breakdown

📦 Available to help with teardown after the festival

What’s Included:

🎟️ Artist wristband

🍴 Meals covered by the event (we still recommend bringing your own snacks + drinks)

🚿 Staff showers

⛺ Camping pass (crew camps together in the staff lot)

Special Role Available:

We’re also seeking one person who can transport Jamie, his gear, and camping equipment directly from Big Fam Festival to Wakaan. Gas will be covered, plus additional compensation (TBD).
