We’re proud to officially welcome two longtime allies into the ranks of Detroit Techno Militia:

Thomas Detune aka DETUNE - (RECON:313 – Ghent, Belgium)
Jason Garcia aka J.Garcia (Detroit, MI)

Detune is a deep-digging vinyl warrior—known for 3-turntable sets, analog-digital productions, and a philosophy rooted in uplifting neglected elements of the culture. From Detroit to Tokyo to Berlin, he’s been mastering the craft quietly... until now.

J.Garcia is a Detroit mainstay with over 20 years in the game. From House Gallery Detroit to labels like Soiree, Cryovac, RF & Parker Music Works, his sets are raw, dynamic, and crowd-focused. He makes his official DTM debut at Close Encounters of the 3rd Thursday returns to UFO Bar on Thursday, July 17 and DTM Takeover at Spkrbox on Friday, July 25.

Both artists will also be featured on our upcoming DTM 009 vinyl release.
