day 22 from 90 days of game (in my skool community, see pinned comment)
A woman's read of a man's value is far more subjective than most men believe, and one of the largest things feeding into it is the man's own opinion of himself. The way he carries his sense of his worth gets absorbed by her and becomes the way she sees him. His self-image is contagious, and she catches whatever he is carrying.
Watch how this plays out with two men who look roughly the same. One genuinely regards himself as a man of value, as handsome, as worth a woman's time, and he moves through the world from that conviction without strain or announcement. The other quietly believes some feature of himself disqualifies him, his height, his face, his income, and he carries that belief like a stone. The first man is treated as desirable even with ordinary looks. The second is overlooked even when, on paper, he has more going for him. The difference is not in the bodies. It is in what each man believes about himself, broadcast through a thousand small signals he does not even know he is sending.
This works because attraction is not a measurement taken with a ruler. It is a response to the reality a man projects from inside. When a man is convinced of his own worth, that conviction shows in his posture, his ease, the steadiness of his eye contact, the absence of apology in how he takes up space. She reads all of it and concludes that he must be valuable, because he plainly believes he is and he is in a better position to know than she is. When a man treats part of himself as shameful, she absorbs that verdict too, and starts seeing the flaw he keeps pointing at.
A man uses this by building a genuine belief in his own value rather than performing one, because the performance leaks and the genuine article does not. He stops narrating his own deficiencies, stops bracing for rejection as though it is owed, and stops treating a feature of himself as a sentence. He carries himself as a man worth knowing, and over time she comes to agree, because she is taking his word for it.
The trap, and the man's own doing, is that he hands her the low estimate himself and then resents her for accepting it. He told her he was not worth much, in everything but words, and she believed the man who knows him best.
