Having a bully breed as a pet (though I don't have to worry where I live), there are a lot of places with breed specific legislation and prohibitions. Get your pet certified as an emotional support animal and legally there isn't much they can do (though read the requirements and exceptions in your area). All you need is documentation from a qualified professional.
Qualified professionals include:
Psychiatrists
Psychologists
Licensed professional counselors
Clinical social workers
Nurses
Marriage and family therapists
Physicians
