❓ Would you take your pup to Ohio Wine Country?

Chip traversed Ohio’s Wine Country with and

Highlight:

-Woof, Wag and Wine Trail - comprised of 3 wineries and participating dog rescues to provide a pawtastic tasting experience while supporting local rescues now through June 30th.

-Woof Wednesdays - DeBonné Vineyards welcomes local rescues throughout the summer to co-host this pup filled evening in support of the local dog rescue efforts.

-Wagtastic patios across the region you and your pup will enjoy.

-Barking Lot & Pupcurterie Board - at The Winery at Spring Hill your pup can indulge in their favorite snacks and burn it off, leash free, in the fenced in dog park.

-Pups are served FIRST at Ruff Life on the Lake PLUS delicious wraps, sandwiches, handhelds and specialties for humans.

-Everything is “Chip Sized” at the pet-friendly TownePlace Suites in Geneva, OH.

Chip had so much fun meeting new friends, receiving extra belly rubs and tasting all the snacks.

Mackinac Island is home to some of the oldest and largest Lilac bushes?

In fact some bushes are so large they look like trees.

The secret is beneath the surface.

❌There is a threat to this botanical and Mackinac Island is actively looking for a solution.

Lilacs are risk of getting an ash borer which eats away at Lilac bushes.

💜Mackinac Island is raising funds to fund a cure which is a testament to the importance nature plays on this island.

🤓 Ok but for real there is a BETTER way to experience local culture - FESTIVALS!

🎉 Annual events are as diverse as the Ohio weather BUT there are ones that scratch that cultural itch.

🌎 I’ve been traveling to festivals for over a decade and know how to spot a GREAT weekend away; even made a TV show about called Finding Festivals.
