So what do y’all actually DO with all those posts you save? 😂

Do y’all redo them word for word? Put your little spin on it? Or do they just sit there while you keep scrolling for more answers?

At some point, saving more social media tips and tricks just becomes another way to avoid doing the thing you know you need to do. 🤷🏾‍♀️

And what worked for them might not even work for you.

Posting every day doesn’t mean you’re doing it Wright. 😉

You can have great content and still wonder why social media isn’t doing anything for your business.

Because posting is only part of the job.

Are you responding to comments? Starting conversations? Showing love on other people’s pages? Actually building relationships with the people you want to eventually buy from you?

You can’t post and disappear and then be confused when everybody else does the same thing. 😂

Social media is supposed to be social.

And if you don’t have time to create the content AND do the social part? That’s where we come in.

Comparison is the thief of joy, so don’t even start that this week. 👀

You don’t know how many posts they made before one hit.

You don’t know how many follow-ups, conversations, or opportunities came from simply staying visible.

The difference usually isn’t that they’re better.

They’re easier to remember.

And if people can’t remember you, they can’t think of you when opportunities come up. They can’t hire you when they need the thing you have.

But this is an easy fix.

If I were your strategist, I’d tell you to stop scrolling, open your camera roll, find a video of yourself working, and remind people who you are and what you do.

Seriously. Make the post.

Then tag me. I want to see you win. 🤎

You do NOT have to turn your entire life into content just because you own a business. 😩😂

Some of y’all don’t want to be influencers. You don’t want to vlog your morning. You don’t want to film yourself making coffee from 6 different angles.

You just want the people who need what you sell to know you exist.

And I promise, as your social media team we can work with that. 😂

There’s a difference between hiring somebody to post and hiring somebody to build a strategy.

Three posts a week with no plan behind them is a schedule. That’s not marketing. Somebody scheduling content is not the same as somebody who knows why that content is going out, what it’s supposed to do, and how to measure whether it worked.

If your last hire was giving you posting frequency and calling it marketing, that’s not the model failing you. That’s the hire.

Get somebody who can tell you the why behind the what.

It doesn’t have to be us. But it shouldn’t be you. 💜

But if you do work with KSW Social Media Management, you’re not getting somebody who is just scheduling posts. You’re getting a strategist who’s building marketing that actually moves the business forward. Big difference.

There are very few things that scare me in this line of work.This is one of them. 😭😂

It’s Sunday, which means a lot of y’all are batching content… or at least you should be. 😂

And while we’re more of a “let us do it for you” (or “let us do it with you”) kind of agency, and not the agency that’s constantly giving away hooks and content ideas…

Here’s some advice that’ll make your social media team’s life a whole lot easier:

Wipe off your camera lens.

If you’re outside or using natural light, make sure the sun is in front of you, not behind you.

That’s it. Two free tips. 😂

And if you’re still sitting there thinking, “Okay… but what am I even supposed to film?”

I’m telling y’all, you are making social media harder than it has to be. 😂

You already have the data. You already have posts that people liked, shared, saved, commented on or actually bought from.

Why are you sitting down every Sunday trying to think of something completely new?!

Your audience has already told you what they want more of. Go look at your analytics and GIVE IT TO THEM.

And if you don’t know what your analytics are telling you…well, that’s a different conversation. 😂

Y’all have a LOT of reasons why social media isn’t working. 😂

And sometimes the answer is really a lot simpler than we want it to be.

You have the ideas. You know what you sell. You probably even have 37 half-finished posts sitting in your drafts right now.

But you keep waiting until you have more time, more clarity, a better idea, a better graphic…whatever.

At some point you gotta post the post, send the email, sell the thing and let people actually see what you’ve been working on.

And if the problem is that you genuinely don’t have the time to do all of that yourself, hi. That’s literally why we’re here. 😂
