Allow me to reintroduce myself: hi, I’m Drew! 👋

I’m the founder of B-Roll Bride, but before that, I was just a bride in 2022 who went full planner mode and fell in love with every part of the process.

I wanted every moment of my day captured. Every detail documented. Every second preserved. And after my wedding, I kept thinking: I want to keep doing this. Not just for myself, but for other couples navigating the same decisions, the same excitement, the same beautiful chaos.

That’s how B-Roll Bride was born.

I’ve spent the last 10 years in content creation: building audiences, managing social media for brands, learning what makes people stop scrolling, and actually feel something. And after living through wedding planning myself, I knew exactly what was missing: someone who captures the candid, in-between moments with the same care couples put into planning every other detail.

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, still based here, and passionate about helping couples remember their day the way it deserves to be remembered.

One of the most common questions we get: “When should I book a wedding content creator?”

Here’s the honest answer: the earlier, the better: but it’s not too late if you’re reading this close to your date.

The sweet spot is 6-12 months out, around the same time you’re locking in your photographer, venue, and other key vendors. Booking early means your date is secured, we have time to plan together, and there’s zero last-minute stress.

In all honesty, though, wedding content creation is often a last-minute addition. A lot of couples don’t realize they want it until they’re a few months out and start thinking, “Wait, who’s capturing all the behind-the-scenes moments?”

🦢 The worst that happens is your date isn’t available, but you won’t know unless you ask.
