And truthfully. I’ve had my share of nights where the music stopped, the silence got too loud, and I didn’t know how to turn the volume back up again.
But I’m still here… because of the friends and family who answered the call, who reminded me who I am when I forgot, and who stood beside me through the dark until I could dance in the light again. If you’re in that space right now, please hold on. The world needs your light, even if you can’t see it yet. ✨️ It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to just be. This is a reminder to keep checking on your strong friends. Keep leading with love. We’re all just trying to find our rhythm again.
