Data center & power plant proposal said to be “largest investment in South Texas”

-As far as we understand, the company projects to need 1.7 million gallons for initial fill and projects a 2% evap factor. We have asked what time unit that 2 % evap factor is based on but officials haven't gotten answer from the company yet. Is it 2% evap per day, per kilowat hour or what unit of time?

- IF the City of Devine proceeds to annex the site and offers tax abatements....what practical things do we as a community want to ask for in return? Light shields? Sound barriers?
*** These are the 2 top requests of some of the neighbors of the one operational data center in Medina County.

****If you live near a data center, please reach out to us to share your experience...we want to hear from you.

- Out of the 10-11data centers in Medina County that I know of going in, very few are operational (I believe only 1 is operational thus far) so the full impact of data centers that are building here is yet to be seen.
