Kids are honest and easily excited, but only when its authentic and comes naturally. They will walk as soon as you are boring them…

The last 24-48 hours was such a fun and exciting time for me to wrap up the Black Friday sale, but also help my team hit their goals.

If you saw my STORIES… i flooded them in REAL TIME with all the rank ups, PROMOTIONS and big deals.

Not sorry about that at all. 👏🏻

I’ll be honest a majority of the conversations are boring to him, and he plays around me, and do his happy thing while I’m doing mine. Together we balance the reality of working and playing!

But when the momentum our team has created starts to erupt, and goals are about to be met ——which is financially impacting our people in the best way, we’re not playing around.

Yesterday the alerts were popping up on my phone and “HIS IPAD” (I’ve gotta UN-synch those devices) and we were FaceTiming and speakerphone conversating throughout the day to make sure everyone was supported, and aware of how close they are to their goals.

He’s my reason why I’ll stay up until 2am to hit business goals, but the people in my organization are just as enjoyable and worth that time and effort too!

Congratulations to everyone on this team who left nothing on the table in the month of November.

Mack is shouting out CONGRATULATIONS especially to the people who :

•Worked a 16 hour shift in the hospital and walked in the door and enrolled a new person at midnight.

•Recommended the best supplements to someone who is desperately needing to feel better from a referral that they don’t personally know.

•Who had a customer who trusts the products to order again, and dove into the discounted sale.

•Who just started their business this month and enrolled two preferred customers and a business partner, and now today has a new business partner joining her.

We’re happy to be here to see it all happen for everyone on this team!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 I’m sure when you join you will get a special message from this guy!!

TW: Maternal Mortality

As the sun is rising and I get to have another day here on Earth, with my son sitting on my lap another woman and mother does not.

It pulls my heart into my stomach to see again and again an obituary just days after she has given birth, leaving behind a husband, toddler, newborn and family.

My appreciation for pregnancy, child birth, women’s bodies and the miracle of life took on new importance during and after the traumatic childbirth of my own son.

I thank God every day that we are here, but more and more women (and babies) are not and the sudden loss of their lives are often left unanswered. The major limitation in examining maternal mortality is that there is no single national system in the U.S. for collecting maternal mortality data.

OH BABY BABY… the stars ✨ are shining for you!

Today we got to surprise sprinkle my dear friend Brittney McLaughlin] on her baby boy that will ne here in December. Victoria McKeon] reached out to all of her people and said- hey we’re doing this, and we all knew that she would be caught off guard but also deeply touched. Let’s make it happen!

I know Britt from SJU but when we were both pregnant during the same season of life, we used to late night text even though she was living in Colorado at the time. Then she surprised me and said WERE MOVING BACK…. Little did I know we would sell our house the next august and be a street up and over from her.

She gracefully and lovingly introduced to me her family and friends- although Carly M.] and my hubby are buddies in their own way, it’s been so wonderful to get to know this group of women.

Since then I’ve been able to have some really fun mom dates, celebrate new babies in the mix, and just really enjoy the minimal time I do get to spend as a mom, with some solid women.

Not all IPHONES are created equal, just like not all wellness products are either. 🤣

This blurry sunshiny picture was taken during a FIRE 🔥 ALARM situation right after I presented and right before Missy Campanini] was going to step up and lead on iNGREDIENTS and our absorption pattern we have here at Q.

We both have different backgrounds- she’s an environmental scientist who tests soil and earthy matters for us daily, and I’ve got a history in clinical skin care, connecting businesses with people and making sure people get what they need.

I called our CEO and president a dynamic duo, but that’s also what I would call us too!

I’m not mad about the fire alarm, bc it gave us a second to document this important milestone for us. But we’re both will sounding the alarm on what we have to offer to others with our products, science and business structure.

We’re definitely not waiting for the fire department to show up and give us the CLEAR to say that BLACK FRIDAY sales are here!!!

I’m great at recommending specific products that will actually help people, and Missy Campanini] takes it in science step’s further. I’m extremely lucky to be partnered with her, and working together for the greater good of others!

What a week, month and year it has been but I’m still standing and looking forward to this next chapter.

I know I’m not the only person who has had major loss (🐶🌈) while preparing for something important in their job, all while countering offers and holding the line when it comes to what you want for your family!!!

But here we are—- extremely grateful for the sacrifices, choices and new chapter that life is offering us.

On Monday I’ll update my Q financial advisor of this BIG NEWS!!!

Yesterday was a really sad day for my family and my friend and biz partner was there for me, so that I could protect Mack from what was happening at home. She’s a mom of 4 with an insane schedule, but she made room for us in her life yesterday and I’m grateful for her generosity and compassion.

The company we are partnered with has a rock solid emphasis on faith, family, friends, finances and fitness, and it clearly shows due to the caliber of people we have in our organization.

Life is hard and is always going to teach us lessons, but when you have strong pillars to lean on and learn from… gratitude keeps flowing, and you keep growing.

I wish this for everyone 🥰

It’s so much more than a suite of globally ranked holistic supplements.

Last week we had a room filled with people who wanted to know more about our company, and how this business would work for them.

When I answered the FACETIME yesterday I thought my mentor was just checking in to say hi 👋🏻 and see how Halloween went for Mack. I was wrong!

She let me know that I was chosen to present on stage at our North East Regional event in less than two weeks!!

I got a bit choked up bc that’s such a huge honor, and of course I said YES!! Obviously I’m a bit nervous because I want to do the best job representing our company and what we have to offer others!

I’ll probably be taking a nice dose of my CHILL terpenes, so I don’t let my nerves, anxiety, energy and excitement get the best of me!!

I’ll also keep reminding myself that I was a dancer on national television for sone of the biggest events, and that presenting has always been a part of who I am!!

You don’t have to speak on stage like me, but I do recommend you come as MY GUEST and listen in that day!!!

No but seriously name that movie because I almost forgot where that character was and feel so ashamed. ☠️

Halloween was a success patch at all, and this year Macklin understood a bit more. He even wore a costume which he refused a few days prior.

I definitely think next year we’re going to have to do a cohesive family costume ensemble, but right now we’re totally loving and loving the last minute unexpected and making it work. 🎃

EYE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR YOU….

This guy took a big branch to the eyeball doing yard work. He never stops or takes time to rest because he’s my #1 servant leader always helping others.

Once we realized it needed medical attention, we hopped in the car and drove down to the Wills Eye Emergency Room in center city.

This is your friendly reminder to take care of yourself, and get medical attention when it comes to eyeballs, branches, chainsaws etc.

While I’m patiently waiting, fill me in on one thing you’d like to improve about your health and wellness! 💙
