It has been over a year since we’ve been able to host an episode of the NEPA Scene Podcast. Now that we’ve settled into our new office in Wilkes-Barre, it’s time for our live weekly show to return, so tune in this Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. for our interview with Scranton alternative rock band University Drive!
They just got back from the national Black Sunday Tour supporting Cold, so we’re going to hear all their best stories from the road playing legendary venues like the Whisky A Go-Go and The Machine Shop over the last two months. We’ll talk about what it takes for a local band to tour and what they learned along the way, making fans across the country and comparing music scenes, their new members, recording their upcoming album with Paul Smith at Eight Days A Week Studios in Northumberland, writing personal and emotional songs, creating their first music videos and a mini documentary, what's next for the band, and much more, so join our uncensored conversation!
