Michael fell in love with this handmade hat from Mexico but it just didn't quite fit, he had fun modeling it for me tho & the gentleman running the sale had fun watching us be goofy! I absolutely love my man!! 😍

Our final big weekend in June of our 6 weeks of city wide garage sales in Michigan! We managed to cover 3 cities in one weekend!!!

The 1st stop was Wixom, Michigan!!

I came across this vintage spice set & it was so beautiful, all ceramic or porcelain. I ended up passing on it because I just didn't want to carry the extra weight in the van & I could totally see them breaking when we were going off road, but I spent 5 mins dreaming about them for myself 😍 We did however pick up a case of this discontinued perfume that's pictured.

Happy 6 months gotcha day Margerine aka Margie Bear! 🐶🥹🐾😍 Based on where we adopted you, we wonder if you may have wandered into the USA from Mexico 🤔 or maybe you're from Arizona 🤷 Mama & Dada have fun speaking to you in Spanish to see if you possibly understand. What we do know is that we love you to death, you're the best dog ever & you make our family complete!! 🩷 We are so lucky 🙌

June in Genesee, Michigan!!

We took some time to work on organizing the trailer & to get ready for our final big weekend of our 6 week spring season of city wide garage sales in Michigan!

While doing so Michael got to visit with his dad for a few days & they got to look at all the fun goodies he picked up. His dad really likes fishing & Michael scored a giant tackle box full of vintage lures, this vest, poles & who knows what else which is why we had to organize the trailer. By the end of a season like this everything has become blurry. Looking at our inventory is like a surprise all over again 😃

We visited Flushing, Michigan for a subdivision sale the last weekend in May!

This was week 5 of our 6 weeks of city wide spring garage sale season in Michigan, while living in a campervan as a family of 3!

With our final big weekend approaching, we wanted to keep this weekend light to save our mental & physical energy. Plus we wanted to take some time to organize the trailer so that we could load it to the gills with enough inventory to allow us not to have to source through the summer season while we travel into more remote areas.

We visited Taylor, Michigan!

Weekend 4 of 6 weeks of city wide spring garage sale season in Michigan, while living in a campervan as a family of 3!

After doing the Taylor, Michigan city sale, we then drove up to Holly, MI to stay at our favorite park n ride. We had the place to ourselves for the Memorial weekend & it was so nice & peaceful. It was a bit of a haul between cities, but unless we are working or restocking the van we prefer to stay out of cities as much as we can & be more in nature. Even Margie tends to do way better in nature!

The last stop in the city of Dibbleville, Michigan was dumpster diving!! The local neighbors said that a couple just up & moved out to be near their kids & threw most of their belongings in this dumpster 🤩
Michael pulled out new bottles of wine & gave some to the other lady in the dumpster! We also pulled out some loose pieces of silver jewelry. It was a blast! Dumpster diving is something we love to do but don't get the chance enough. Our last dive was an entire dumpster of sealed boxes of fresh donuts 🤣😋

Margie really got into helping dada look for garage sales at the Dibbleville, Michigan city wide sale we did in May! Her spot is usually on top of our fridge in between us on the blanket. Since we were in & out of the van, I jumped in the back at one sale to grab something while Michael drove to the next house, so this was her 1st time getting to ride in the passenger seat. She was a great little helper 🐾🥹🩷🐶
