After much thought and deliberation Kelley and I are excited to announce our decision to continue our paranormal journey as a husband-and-wife team, operating under the name Soulmates Beyond the Veil

This new chapter allows us to focus on our partnership and explore the unknown together, driven by our infinite love and commitment.

We extend our gratitude to those who expressed interest in joining Spooky South 507 and to our former team members for their dedication. Although our time as a team was brief, the friendships forged will endure, and we look forward to future collaborations with those individuals.

Our new name embodies the mystery and intrigue of our shared pursuits. And while it may no longer be a part of our name honoring the legacy of Keith is still a top priority. His guidance and inspiration sparked my passion for the paranormal. His memory will continue to accompany us on investigations.

As we embark on this next step, we're eager to collaborate with fellow enthusiasts and perhaps introduce newcomers to the world of paranormal exploration. Thank you all for your continued support on our paranormal journey.

Jen *researcher/investigator*

Jen has always experienced the world a little differently than others. From a young age, she never felt alone. Her most profound childhood experience happened at the age of 7 and wasn't validated until the age of 15.

One night, Jen lay trying to sleep but was thinking she needed a drink. She kept hearing "It's okay, you can go get a drink." in a woman's voice she didn’t recognize. Jen quietly snuck down the stairs to get a drink from the kitchen only to freeze halfway down the stairs. On the couch, directly across from the staircase sat a woman in a blouse and long blue floral skirt with her hands folded ever so daintily in her lap. Jen sat down on the stairs and she and the woman just watched each other. After about 10 minutes, Jen decided she didn’t need a drink after all and went back to bed wondering who that lady was and why she was in her house. It was an experience Jen would never forget a moment of.

Eight years later, during a severe thunderstorm at the house, while the family sheltered in the basement, Jen's dad decided to distract everyone by going through some boxes of old family heirlooms and pictures; things Jen had never seen or known the family had. Her dad started talking about his grandmother and shared some fond memories of her. He held up a picture of her and Jen froze. It was the exact woman Jen had spent the time with on the stairs all those years ago. That was when Jen realized that everything she thought in all those years in between was a figment of her imagination, had actually been more than likely very real and she had some connection to those no longer with us. In that moment, Jen knew she had to know more, to understand more and the investigator in her was born.

In the years that followed, Jen has experienced seeing full, detailed apparitions, heard words and full sentences of disembodied beings, doors flying open and then slamming shut, sleep paralysis with appearances of black beings, and eventually the realization that she was an evidential medium.

Jen always wanted to join a paranormal team, but never had the opportunity. Instead, she read and learned and explored on her own, often helping friends and acquaintances understand their own experiences and hauntings of their homes.

Having experienced many great losses of her own, Jen has a passion for helping others in facing their fears and finding closure through her work with the paranormal.

Everywhere Jen goes, she has experiences or messages from those who have come before. And every day, she wants to learn more.

Kelley *Co-founder/lead investigator*

Kelley is Damions wife and she's the co-founder and lead investigator of the team. She has been interested in the paranormal since she was a small child around 3 or 4 years old. She had her first encounter with a ghost child around that age and it was something she has never forgotten. She remembers when she was looking at her it was as though she were real. You could not see through her and she did not fade away. She even remembers getting out of bed and reaching out to her but she never moved. She just stood there looking at her peacefully. Then as most children do she ran back to bed and covered her head and when she pulled the covers back down the child had vanished. Kelley has had many other experiences that she could not explain. She has seen shadows, been touched, heard unexplainable whipsering, her covers tugged on. She's had experiences everywhere shes lived. Her oldest son has also had his own experiences as well and what he witnessed she witnessed as well. During her first paranormal investigation with the RKB Paranormal she says she experienced things that have proven to her that we are not alone in this world. And one experience she had she will never forget and it shook her to her core. She's recently realized that's shes sensitive to alot of paranormal happenings. She will sense someone in the room or she will hear or see things that other don't.

Damion *Co-founder/lead investigator*

Damion has been highly interested in the paranormal since he was a teenager but he has been having his own personal experiences since age 3.

At that age he vividly remembers experiencing what he can best describe as a witch type figure floating above him after he woke up in the middle of the night. Since then he's experienced unexplainable activity everywhere he's lived. Everything from his closet door opening on its own to having his foot pulled on while in bed to hearing his named whispered in his ear. But probably his most profound experience was seeing a full body apparition of a lady wearing a white dress with long white hair.

During his teenage years he, along with his 2 best friends Josh and Keith, would be out on the weekends until 2 or 3 a.m. investigating any cemetery or abandoned house they heard was haunted. During those years the 3 often talked about starting an actual paranormal investigation team and traveling to all these different haunted locations. But it wasn't until Keith told him about Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky that he truly set his sights on becoming a legit paranormal investigator.

Continuing in adulthood a team was something the 3 still often talked about. But in June of 2011 Keith, who was a police officer in their hometown of Dickson, Tennessee, was shot and killed in the line of duty. At that moment the dream of 3 best friends came to an unexpected and heart breaking halt.

Though as the years passed a team was still something Damion and Josh discussed.

In 2017 Damion finally made it to Waverly Hills Sanatorium for the 1st time and it was then he knew forming a team was something he not only wanted to still do but something he had to do. But it wouldn't be until 3 years later in June of 2020 after an overnight investigation with Josh and some other friends inside the cold, dark hallways and slowly decaying cells of Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary in Petros, Tennessee that the formation of a team would finally begin. And to honor their fallen friend Damion and Josh named the team after him and using his initials they become RKB Paranormal.

RKB Paranormal captured some amazing evidence. Had articles written about the team in local newspapers. They were featured in the October 2022 edition of American Paranormal Magazine and also featured on the cover and featured in the January 2023 all Tennessee edition of American Paranormal Magazine.

In June 2024 after roughly 40 investigations with RKB Paranormal the decision was made to retire the team. But Damion, along with his wife Kelley, decide to form a new team, Spooky South 507. And keeping the tradition of honoring Keith they incorporated 507 into the team name, which was Keith's police car number.

Damion also hosts the paranormal podcast Life Beyond Six Feet and is one of the co-hosts of the livestream call-in paranormal show Beer, Boos, and Boogeymen
