Customer asked for a quick and cheap job and I did just that, also told him the amp wasn't enough for that sub but he said oh well it's all I can afford. That's fine, still works just nowhere near its best.

My kitchen sink tailpiece rusted through, so my landlord sawed it off and replaced with a rubber pipe with clamps (image 2). Is this a permanent solution or a temporary one?

I just noticed this hole today so it’s brand new, and it goes all the way through my siding. I live in an area with a lot of woodpeckers. Are they capable of this kind of damage in a short amount of time? Or is it possibly a bullet hole or termites? Any tips for fixing this are appreciated too.
