Hey ya’ll crazy creekers! Might be an insane or unconventional proposition, but wondering if anyone wants to trade labor for cabin time? If you do plumbing (shower/bathroom sink) has lower than normal pressure, electrical (loss of a couple outlets in a bedroom likely from racoon damage), hardscape (dry creek installation to divert water coming down the hollow during heavy rains), timber cutting (a couple huge dead trees that need to come down) or rehabbing a couple sheds (sister floor joists, replace damaged structural boards, replace roofs w/ shingle or metal and subfloor replacement). I’ll pay for materials and I’ll give you a week or more, days can be consecutive or split up, depending on job where you’ll have access to the entire property as if it were your own, you pick the days for up to 6 occupants.

*trail walking
*relaxation
*fully equipped luxury, yet primitive, cabin.
