These days there is so much miscommunication and misdirection when it comes to where your meat is coming from. At this point if you don't know your meat came in to a local shop on 4 legs and ends in a cooler with one of these stamps on it there is no guarantee of where it came from or how it was handled. "Product of the USA" does not necessarily mean the meat came from the United States! Once a product is "value added" in a usda facility it can be relabeled and is blatantly false advertised! At High on the Hog we can guarantee several things. We have personal relationships with every one of our producers of some of the best livestock in the world from right here in Missouri. We know what they were fed and how they were treated. We use the absolute cleanest practices and ingredients possible all preformed under strict federal inspection. Want to know where your food is coming from? What is in it, OR ISNT!? Want the best quality proteins available for your customers or your own freezer? WE HAVE YOUR BACK 🇺🇲!
