Twelve local students are being recognized for their creativity after winning the 2026 Clean Air Art Contest hosted by the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District.

Winners were selected from 80 submissions across 16 schools and their artwork will now be featured on stickers and community giveaways.

A new incentive program is helping residents get access to affordable electric bikes.

The Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District and Yolo County Sustainability Division have launched “Pedal Forward,” offering vouchers that can cover up to the full cost of a certified e-bike and safety equipment for qualifying residents.
