Two films created by Assembly Atlanta interns will be featured this weekend at the 2026 Atlanta ShortsFest 🎬

"Ice Cream" has been named an Official Selection and returns to Atlanta for its hometown premiere in the “Locked In” program.

And "Devil's Advocate" earned a nomination for Best Comedy, screening in the “What Could Go Wrong” block.

We’re proud to see emerging storytellers making their mark and showcasing their work. Join us in cheering them on! 👏

Something new is rising at Assembly Atlanta 🏗️

What started as a vision for a new community gathering space is quickly becoming reality. Our open-air bandshell is taking shape in the public park just outside the studio gates — designed for live music, film screenings, and unforgettable community events.

This week, the first part of the roof was lifted into place, marking a major milestone in construction. It’s incredible to watch several teams come together to bring this new addition to life.
