I really like the old Hungry Hippo restaurant sign (Kings Dominion). I feel like it's probably hanging in a private garage now and will never be seen again. Does anyone know where some of the old signs have ended up over the years?

Kings Dominion is celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Rapterra this weekend. Two years ago the first pieces arrived in the staging area. From that point I think I documented every piece of track through pictures and videos that I shared online. It was a fun experience that reignited my passion for Kings Dominion and roller coasters. It may be years before we get another coaster at the park but I look forward to a similar experience sometime in the future!

The wave pool was the busiest spot in Soak City today. Aside from the water park the crowd was pretty light on a Thursday.

Anyone else been to Soak City yet this season?

Drop Tower at Kings Dominion POV.

I rarely get on the Drop Tower but it was such a beautiful evening that I decided to ride it. There was also no wait for this and many other rides 😀
