Just ate this bowl of soup. Didn't even bother to make rice. It's possibly one of the best soups that I have ever made.

Caramelized onion & Lemongrass Rabbit soup.

Food security & high quality food is why I do all of this. The Lemongrass, rabbit & rabbit bone broth in this soup were all produced on site. Once the rabbit is cooked I will pull it off the bone. Going to serve this over a bed of jasmine rice.

UPDATE: The total number of eggs that 8 broody hens were sitting on was 1 🤣.

Anyone wanting some bantam chickens? I have a dozen hatching eggs looking for an incubator! All eggs collected over the past 2 days. The dozen includes 4 serama eggs and 8 silkie eggs.

This little trio of seramas want a new mom. They will be 6 weeks old tomorrow and it is a bonded group of 2 females and a male. They are dirty because my chickens like to roll around in the dirt. 🤷🏻‍♀️
