Суп-пюре из цветной капусты на костном бульоне

📖 Необходимы

🔴 Мясные кости 60 г
🔴 Пшеничная мука 40 г
🔴 Цветная капуста 600 г
🔴 Сливочное масло 60 г
🔴 Молоко 300 мл
🔴 Куриное яйцо 1 штука
🔴 Соль по вкусу

1. Цветную капусту очистить, промыть и разобрать на мелкие кочешки, затем залить готовым белым соусом и варить до готовности.
2. Когда капуста станет мягкой, протереть ее сквозь сито вместе с соусом, в котором она варилась.
3. Затем добавить бульон из костей, довести до кипения, заправить льезоном и сливочным маслом.
