🚧 Downtown Dothan Road & Parking Closures | KOK Mardi Gras Parade
To ensure a safe and successful celebration for The Happiest Day in Dothan on Saturday, February 14, the following road and parking closures will be in effect. A closure map is provided for reference.
Parking Lot Closures:
• Parking lot across from Rain (next to The Uptown)
⏰ Saturday, February 14 | 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Dothan Civic Center Upper & Lower Parking Lots (next to Liddon Furniture)
⏰ Friday, February 13 | 6:00 PM through Saturday, February 14 | 9:00 PM
Road Closures (Saturday, February 14 | 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM):
• Troy Street (Museum Avenue to Foster Street)
• Washington Street (Appletree Street to Foster Street)
• Crawford Street (Appletree Street to Foster Street)
• Burdeshaw Street (Appletree Street to Foster Street)
• Adams Street (Appletree Street to Foster Street)
• Saint Andrews Street (Lafayette Street to Powell Street)
➡️ All vehicles must be removed from streets by 6:00 AM Saturday.
Event Schedule Highlights:
• Parade begins at 3:00 PM from the Garden District, ending on Saint Andrews Street (For a the full parade route visit Krewe Of Kolosse's page)
• Pre-parade festival vendors open at 12:30 PM — featuring the largest downtown vendor footprint in Dothan’s history
• Live entertainment at Porter Park Events Plaza:
– DJ Marcus Kage at 2:30 PM
– Grass Roots at 4:15 PM (playing until the first float arrives)
