There he is — the man who once felt a world away from me, now standing in the snow with our daughter in his arms like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
I watched him shovel the driveway with one hand and hold our little Mikaela with the other, protecting her from the cold like she’s the most precious thing he’ll ever carry. And in that moment, I felt it all again — the long-distance nights, the prayers, the waiting, the sacrifices… all leading to this simple, quiet morning in the snow.

From LDR to this — a dad who shows up in every way, every day.
A husband who gave me a home in a place where snow falls softly.
A father who makes our daughter feel safe even in the coldest weather.

Life really surprised me in the most beautiful way.
And moments like this remind me: God didn’t just give me a partner. He gave me a great dad for Mikaela. ❤️
