I’m pretty sure it’s hotter than the devil’s butt crack here lately so there’s no way I’m running a dehydrator in my house for hours. The things still need preserved so here we are. Chunky sea salt and sliced peppers into the car for the day to blend up later for jalapeno salt. Just finished blending up some basil salt that lived in the car yesterday ❤️

This is a game changer. A whole chicken (frozen at that) done in around an hour with the natural release on the instant pot 🤯 8 minutes per lb on high pressure. 1 cup of water in the bottom. Chicken breast side down on the trivet. I added some basil, parsley, onion, garlic and pepper to it, but you can add whatever you’d like. Don’t forget to save the liquid it was cooked in and the bones to make some delish healing bone broth.

As soon as it’s not as hot as the sun outside dehydrating for these amazing smelling simmer pot packs will start ❤️
