Emmie-lyn completed to project and she is extremely proud of herself. Here are the final and completed satchel

My daughter making herself a soft leather satchel. We made patters out of cardboard. Traced them, cut them out. Aligned the holes up and punched them out.

You can go out a buy one, that's easy. But take your time and make something priceless that was fun and memorable.

Teaching the youth is so important these as and days to come.

Deep freeze tonight in Maine, a good reminder to layer up, no exposed skin. Full tank of gas in your vehicle, with a blanket, spare clothes, hand/feet warmers, shovel, lighter, water, and snacks. Be prepared.
