👩‍🔬 Here’s some expert skin care wisdom:

1️⃣ Mineral vs Chemical Sunscreens: Mineral sunscreens use zinc oxide to reflect UV rays and protect sensitive or acne-prone skin—even help block blue light from screens! Chemical sunscreens absorb UV rays, offering stronger sweat- and water-resistance—perfect for active days.

2️⃣ How Much to Use: Cover your whole body with about 2-3 tablespoons of sunscreen. Apply it 15 minutes before heading outdoors, and reapply every 2 hours for maximum protection.
