A Delaware state trooper and suspect are dead after a shooting at a DMV facility. The Delaware State Police said they are continuing to assess additional injuries in the incident in Wilmington. Meanwhile, Governor Matt Meyer confirmed the suspect had been killed. Officials first reported they were responding to an active shooter at the DMV in Wilmington just after 2 p.m. Eastern. Video from the scene shows a large police presence outside the DMV.

One police officer shot & at least 2 other people. The shooter is now in custody. Delaware State Police are asking people to avoid the area as they still have the area shut down
