🌱 Xylem is buying Cornell Pump and Roper Pump for $1.46 billion.

Xylem agreed to acquire the two pump businesses from Indicor. Together they expect more than $260 million in 2026 revenue, with EBITDA margins above 30%. Both will join Xylem's Water Infrastructure segment when the deal closes in Q4.
