Hi friends 👋🏻
One year ago we met ( ).
We never could have predicted the beautiful and crazy journey that would have followed.
From coffee dates, laying by waterfalls/hiking mountains hundreds of phone calls that started with “let’s do podcast things”, networking meetings, community events, pageants, speaking events, drives around town, photoshoots, t-shirts & beanies, so much laughing, probably just as many tears, moving onto a bus together....
The list goes one.
We’ve had a wildly transformative friendship.
And we created something incredible together.
Wild Hearts Podcast has actually changed peoples lives.
We are so proud of that.
This podcast changed our lives.
Consistency was our strength.
For seven months we showed up Live very Monday morning at 9 AM.
And we realize that we’ve totally disappeared on you.
The above pictures represents a day and moment that totally changed our lives.
And the trajectory of Wild Hearts.
In so many beautiful and positive ways.
We never could have imagined the opportunity to live on a bus and travel the country would have been offered to us.
We also couldn’t have anticipated that a month and a half in we would go separate ways.
Not because we hated each other or wanted to kill each other on the bus.
Not because we didn’t both love what we were doing and creating.
But because when intuition shows up, and as best friends you can look at one another and say “this is what your highest self needs”, sometimes that means splitting up something that you both love.
We both have deep love for one another, for wild hearts & for our community.
And we are SO GRATEFUL for all of you for showing up with and for us, and for yourselves and our community.
We don’t know if this is the end of the podcast.
What we know right now is that space and releasing what you love, if maybe just temporarily, brings clarity.
So be patient with us, and know how thankful we are to have you on this journey with us.
With wild hearts,
Sean & Micayla @ United States

Quote from Seth Waleryszak of Unity of the Seacoast in Dover, NH.
Can you name it?
What emotion are you unwilling to look at?
Afraid of?
The more we distract, ignore, run from or do not honor our emotions the more we will experience that specific emotion.
It is through the recognition and acceptance of emotions that we can move through them.
We challenge our viewers this week to take an inventory on which emotions are being ignored, distracted or run from.
Feel into that emotion, welcome a conversation with the emotion and see what it has to tell you.
Thank you Seth for such a thought provoking conversation.

“We can’t heal anything by getting rid of it. We have to integrate all of it. It’s all part of the tapestry of our soul. Who we are. Every piece.
Think about our bodies, how much we are trying to fix our bodies through diet and exercise.
How often does it work? Almost never because it’s coming from a place of “I’m not enough”.
We have to come from that place of “I am enough, I’m whole exactly as I am”, and then anything that needs to shift and change happens with so much ease.
It’s that foundation of self love that makes the change actually happen.”

Monday’s episode with Stacey of Inner Presence Healing was everything we needed to hear, and we truly believe the words spoken in this dialogue are words everybody can benefit from hearing.
Loving yourself is not always easy.
Loving yourself is possible, and when it’s power is awakened so much change will unfold.
This woman is magic with her words. Check out her healing practices and her new healing space in Greenland, NH! ✨

Did somebody say MONEY?!
“I love making money.
I love money.
I think money is awesome.
It’s fun.
It opens doors.
It makes the world go round.
I think where we get in trouble sometimes is thinking that money is sleazy, that money is gross, like we should be altruistic...
It was really frowned upon. Like asking for a raise was greedy...
I was like mm that doesn’t work for me.
I don’t ever want there to be a ceiling on my earning potential.”
- really bringing so much simplicity, clarity, strength, passion and commitment into the vulnerable and usually uncomfortable topic of money.
When’s the last time you sat down and had a good conversation with yourself, a friend, a family member, co-worker or loved one about money?!
How do YOU feel about asking for a raise?
Does money play a role in your self worth?!
Do you feel limited by money?!
WHAT a topic.
How does this topic make you feel?!

Tomorrow we head back to NH after our first three weeks living on the bus!
Here’s a little recap of how we are currently feeling with 3/4 a month under our belt and 4+ months to go!
“Living within these doors has opened up so many emotions that have constantly presented me with the opportunity to hide or face them. Running hasn’t been an option. So I’ve’ faced them, and through so many challenging conversations I believe I and Sean have learned SO much about ourselves that wouldn’t have been possible without being in this space. I am so thankful. Slightly nervous about what the next four months of growth look like, but ever-grateful and welcome to how the path continues to unfold.” - .
“The second I walked in the door, I chose growth. - .
Thank you for nourishing us with life and perspective-changing experiences thus far.
See you soon NH ✌🏻 @ Newark, New Jersey

Hi! Welcome to Wild Hearts Podcast!

Established in fall 2018, Sean and Micayla came together through inspiration from their New England Seacoast Community, to create a platform to share stories of creatives, entrepreneurs and any humans whose energy and story resonated with them as something that they believed their community would benefit from hearing.
