💙 Autism Awareness Month 💙
This month, I proudly celebrate my amazing son. He is 11 years old, and when he was first diagnosed at the age of 3, there weren’t specific levels—just the term “high-functioning autism.” Since then, he has continued to grow into the most incredible young boy.
He has a creative soul and a heart full of curiosity. He loves making beats, finding beauty in rocks and nature, and keeping everyone around him laughing with his great sense of humor. And of course, like many kids his age, he enjoys playing video games.
Autism is not something that needs to be “fixed”—it’s a different way of experiencing the world. My son sees and understands things in his own unique and beautiful way, and I am endlessly proud of the person he is becoming. He teaches me every day about patience, joy, and the power of embracing individuality.
💙 Autism doesn’t define him—it’s just one part of the amazing person he is. 💙
Please join me this Autism Awareness Month in celebrating acceptance, understanding, and the incredible strengths of individuals on the spectrum.
