If you have 30 min available this weekend, please take the time to watch how this young man with autism started to THRIVE when him and his mom started his own coffee business.

I personally met Jake back in 2019 when I filmed for Vinyl Closet Records for Record Store Day..and they weren't kidding. He would hide in the hallway and not speak to anyone.

The first day I came to film this, he started engaging conversation with me....probably the entire 3-4 hours I was there. I was blown away seeing the transformation in him...and this is why I put my absolute all into this (I wanted to do more but we were on a time limit)

What an incredible week...it was the most jam packed week I've ever had with projects!

From filming in Jersey, to filming my first wedding of the year all the way in Ripley, WV, to my documentary about being premiered at their 5 year celebration event (and to what I hear was received very well!), to a pitstop overseeing the Ohio River and catching a site, to seeing my friends at to capture some scenes of their business and how they operate.

Absolute INCREDIBLE week, but it feels good to be home. I'll be in my basement for the next couple months putting all these together..so send me some food (and beer :)

For the past 2 months, I've been hunkered down in my basement putting together a documentary for a wonderful family/business. They came to me because they felt like I was the right person to fully tell their story.

Ang asked to put together a nice video for their 5 year anniversary, but when hearing their entire story I wanted to fully jump in and make this extra special for them.

This 31 minute film tells the story of Barista Jake, a young man with autism who has his own coffee business. What started out as something for Jake to do during the pandemic ended up launching a non profit that aims to help empower and support individuals with special needs.

The film will premiere at their Sunday Funday event on April 13th, celebrating 5 years as a business. Congrats guys! It was a real honor to create this for your incredible journey.

Last year was huge boom of weddings for me, and I can't thank these couples enough for hiring me. I was able to see (literally) each corner of Pennsylvania to do these!
