نحضر القطر

عصير الليمون
ليمون شرائح عدد 1
ماء زهر ملعقة كبيرة
ونحضر القشطة
سميد متوسط ملعقة كبيرة
نشاء الذرة ٣ ملاعق كبيرة
سكر ٢ ملعقة كبيرة
حليب ٢ كوب ونصف
قشطة (قيمر) باكيت 200 ملل
ماء الزهر ملعقة كبيرة
الطريقه تخلط جميع مواد خليط البسبوسه وتحضر القشطه ثم نحضر صينيه وتدهن السمنه ويوضع عليها نصف كمية خليط البسبوسه وتفرد ثم يوضع عليها القشطه وتفرد عليها ويوضع باقي الخليط فوق القشطه وتفرد بحذر وبعدها توضع في فرن محما مسبقا حراره ١٨٠ لمدة نصف ساعه وبعدها تحمر من فوق ويوضع عليها القطر الدافي وتزين

Ingredients:
For the Fish:

🐟 4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
🧂 Salt, to taste
🌶️ Black pepper, to taste
🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice
🥄 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for dusting)
For the Batter (No Beer):

🥛 1 cup cold sparkling water or milk
🍞 1 cup all-purpose flour
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🌿 1 teaspoon paprika
🧂 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the Chips:

🥔 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
🧂 Salt, to taste
🛢️ Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Chips (Fries):

1️⃣ Preheat oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Fry the chips: Fry the potato fries in batches for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.

Prepare the Fish:

3️⃣ Season the fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Lightly dust with flour.
4️⃣ Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Gradually add cold sparkling water (or milk) until you get a smooth, thick batter.
5️⃣ Dip and fry: Dip each fish fillet into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated. Carefully lower into the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Inspired by classic Mediterranean flavors, this artichoke pie is a rich and satisfying dish with a perfectly crisp, cheesy herb crust. The combination of ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella creates a creamy filling that complements the delicate artichoke hearts. A must-try for those who love comforting, homemade meals!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chilled butter, cubed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp chopped oregano
1/4 cup ice water
2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup ricotta
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Combine flour, butter, Parmesan, and oregano in a food processor. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in artichokes, season, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Let cool.

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 🌶️🍝

Ingredients 🛒

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz penne pasta
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions 👩‍🍳

Season & Cook Chicken:

Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, making sure they're well coated. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pasta:

While the chicken is cooking, boil the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt & pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine:

Ingredients (Serves 4):
• 1 lb colossal shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp lime zest
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup wild rice (cooked according to package instructions)
• 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for broccoli, optional)
• Salt and pepper (for seasoning)
For the Avocado Crema:
• 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
• 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Water (as needed for consistency)
Garnish:
• Frisée salad (or arugula, for garnish)
• Microgreens (for garnish)
Instructions:

For the grits:
- 🥣 1 cup stone-ground grits
- 💧 4 cups water
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
For the seafood:
- 🐟 2 red snapper fillets
- 🍤 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🌶 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cajun cream sauce:
- 🧈 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🍗 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 🌶 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 🌿 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Prepare the grits:
- 🔥 In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- 🥣 Slowly add the grits, stirring constantly.

Ingredients:
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Fresh mint and cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:
1. Prepare all the veggies and arrange them on a plate for easy assembly.
2. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10 seconds, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
3. Arrange the veggies, avocado, mint, and cilantro in the center. Roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

🥩🍯 Sticky Honey Garlic Steak and Rotini
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
For the Pasta:

8 oz rotini pasta
2 cups beef broth
½ cup water
For Garnish:

2 tbsp green onions, sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Prepare the Steak:

In a bowl, toss steak slices with soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Pasta:
3. In the same skillet, pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Add rotini pasta and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
