Today I tried making steak at home, and I felt great from the very beginning, just preparing the ingredients.

I simply seasoned the steak with salt and black pepper, then added some garlic and vegetables, and it looked incredibly appetizing.

The sizzling sound as it hit the pan filled the entire kitchen with its delicious aroma.

I slowly seared it until the outside was slightly charred and fragrant, while the inside remained tender; I felt I had the cooking time just right this time.

Served with asparagus and mushrooms, the whole dish looked simple yet very satisfying.

After taking a bite, I couldn't help but smile; I felt my cooking skills had really improved a lot.

Making dinner for myself like this is actually quite fulfilling.

Last night I went out for a drink with my friends to relax.

I took it to the check up and vaccinations today, so it got to go outside and play. See how happy it is!

This afternoon, a client invited me to play tennis, and I took a short break on the sidelines. The moment I sat down, I felt a slight soreness in my leg muscles, but this fatigue was tinged with satisfaction. I unscrewed my water bottle, took a sip, and noticed a cup of coffee in my tennis bag next to me. Instantly, I felt the day was particularly pleasant. Looking at the court, I thought about inviting friends to play together next time and share the joy of sports. Actually, tennis not only exercises the body but also taught me focus and perseverance. What sports do you usually enjoy? Do you like to work up a sweat alone? I look forward to hearing your sports stories!
